Privacy

This page describes the website. Client engagement data is covered separately in your contract and summarised on the trust page.

Draft. This document must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer in your operating jurisdiction before launch. It is a starting point, not legal advice.

What this site collects

  • No cookies are set by us, so there is no cookie banner.
  • No third-party trackers, advertising pixels or session recording.
  • Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser makes no request to a font provider.
  • Standard server logs may record IP address and user agent for security and abuse purposes, retained for a short period.

If you contact us

Email you send us is stored in our mailbox and used only to reply and to run the engagement. It is not added to a marketing list and it is not sold or shared.

Booking

The scheduling link is operated by a third-party scheduling provider, which will process the name, email and any notes you enter. Their privacy terms apply to that step.

Engagement data

Vulnerability findings, evidence and reports are covered by the confidentiality and data handling terms in your contract, and summarised on our trust page. In short: encrypted storage we control, separated per client, destroyed on the agreed schedule.

Your rights and contact

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to [email protected].
